It finally warmed up a little : )

Samantha and I went to chick fil a for lunch with the kids and then took the kids to the splash park. They had so much fun and it was actually warm! So the kids had a blast.

Liam had fun running around in the water.

Ryan on the other hand enjoyed a mud puddle from a nearby field. All of this water and that is what he wanted! So he is now cleaning himself off...

Yes he was covered in mud. A few moms were concerned and said..."Hey do you know he's in the mud?" I nodded and said, "Yeah and he looks like he is having fun too." I don't think they liked the idea of him sitting in the mud. Haha Oh well...

But he had such a GOOD time in the mud. I really don't know what the big deal is...it washes off. Boys like to get dirty.

Ryan is thinking about how he is going to get to that mud puddle without mom seeing him....I will let him think about that for a while.

He was having fun...but just didn't like the idea of the slide at first. But after convincing him that is all that he wanted to do the rest of the time.

Liam was having a fun time with this water gun. These two boys came over and took it from him. Liam stood quietly nearby and then suddenly stomped over there and took it back! Haha! You get 'em Liam!

Trent just got a massive amount of water dumped on his head. Haha! I love it!

Ryan was walking around and shrieking for a long time. If anyone has ever heard him shriek...you know that it is loud. I let him do it. He was having so much fun!

Davis had such a good time at the water park. After a total of 3 plus hours I was ready to go. They other boys were ready too. I had to drag Davis away with him kicking and screaming. Many threats later he decided to stop. By that time they were all starving again. So I had to hurry home fast to make dinner!

Life is good....

Preschool Graduation....

The day we slept in...yeah that's embarrassing! No Tyler made it on time to drop Trent off before work. It is just that he was over 15 minutes late to class. Thank goodness the graduation did not start for another hour! Oh well...he made it on time and that is all that matters...

They sang songs and did a whole bunch of dancing and twisting. All of their songs were about ABC's and 123's. Oh preschoolers are too cute!

Trent was a cutie. Though he is so distracted that he kept messing up on things and not doing the moves. It didn't help that the group of kids that he was sitting by were so on beat on so animated with their hands and face....he looked so lost and out of place. He was quite happy just sitting when it was time to sit.

He kept smiling and waving. When the curtain first opened he was looking and looking for me. I was in the back but was waving my hand so violently that he finally noticed. Yes I probably looked ridiculous...but who cares?

I kept telling him to smile for me but he was so distracted and was looking everywhere else but the camera. Silly boy!

Okay parents take the last few pictures. Elbow to elbow we all were getting in there snapping shots of our children. Should I feel bad for not bringing any balloons or presents? Man some parents had over 10 balloons for 1 child! For crying out loud it is preschool! I know how much those balloons cost! Hahaha! Sorry Trent...Kindergarten for sure...but not for preschool!

I really don't think that Trent knew what was going on or why he was walking up to the front and shaking Mrs. Van's hand...

All of the other kids were so excited and dancing to get their papers. Trent took his and shrugged...that is what he does when he is nervous...then walked back to his seat. I was so mad that I couldn't take any video! My camera's battery was not charged enough to take video. Thank goodness I could take some pictures!

Trent was glad to be done with sitting on the stage. I told him just one more picture...this is the best smile of the morning. I think that almost all of the kids were done at this point!

We had cake and cookies...yes at 10 am. It was good too! Then we hurried home. As we were walking to the car Trent said to me, "Mommy why did we do that again?" I asked him what he was talking about. "We already did that! We put on shirts and went into the cafeteria and sang up on the stage...why do we have to keep doing that?!" It was then that I realized that he was talking about the Christmas program. So I tried to explain the purpose of the graduation and what he had accomplished and that is why we celebrated with them. "But why did we have to do that again?!" He was very annoyed at the fact that he had to do the whole performance all over again. Even though they were wearing different shirts and singing different songs. I guess he does not like to get up on the stage...then I explained that he was done with preschool and that he would be going to a new class with new teachers. I don't think that he gets it...he will soon find out...wait! What am I going to do with this busy guy ALL summer?!

Camping fun : )

Camping was fun. Well as fun as it can be in really cold conditions. You figure it would be a tad bit warmer because it is June. Well despite the weather conditions we all had a good time. The whole sleeping in a tent thing is never fun when the air is so frigid! We left a Friday night because it was going to rain the next morning...and we did NOT want to pack up in the rain. So we hung out around the campfire and played the game telephone and sang songs and had a prayer and bid goodbyes around 9pm. It was good to spend time with the family : )

Jenelle and Logan kept getting attacked by Joshua and Joseph.

Yes we had fun! I swear...Jacob just fell down and is being comforted by mommy and daddy. I thought that this picture was precious....

Trent was having a good time. He was on timeout for a few minutes for trying to climb up the rocks to the road after being told no. He saw me taking his picture so decided to pout for me. Gotta love it...

Davis had a blast! Though the first night it was so cold that he wanted to go home. After a while he warmed up to the idea of camping. He loved riding the pink bike and wearing the pink kitty helmet. I am still kicking myself for not taking any pictures of that. Oh well.

Jacob is the cutest little kid! He was enjoying a cookie while sitting with grandma Johnson.

Little Nate...

Ryan was squealing and running around delighted to be in the sunshine on a somewhat warm beach and playing by the water! He had so much fun he would not stop squealing! It was so cute!

This is the best picture that I took...I think anyway. Jenelle is such a beautiful camper. She does her hair and makeup first thing every morning. I looked like crap though! Hahaha!

Dad was having fun teasing Trent. He kept trying to put Trent's marshmallow on his nose. Trent got a big kick out of that.

Davis loved camping. He didn't want to leave. I had to bribe him. I told him that he could watch Sponge Bob Square Pants when we got home...is that bad?

This was the best that I could get of Jacob, Ryan and Nate together. They are all such little cuties!

Family Fun....

For Memorial Day we went over to Memow and Poppy's house. We had a YUMMY bbq and enjoyed spending time with each other. The children always have fun...even playing with bugs is fun. So this is what is going on...

They were so proud of their bugs. I remember doing the same thing when I was a kid.

Davis' bug didn't last for too long....maybe a few minutes. All he kept saying was; "Mommy it wont move his legs! Why wont it move?" Poor Davis.

Ryan thought that holding onto the swing all by himself was the most thrilling thing ever. He kept squealing with delight. It was so cute!

Any time that I ask Eva to smile for me...this is usually what I get. Hahaha! Eva! Naughty thing. She was having a good time with cousins and riding around on the trike.

Liam is the CUTEST little boy! He was having fun on the trampoline until the bigger kids got on. He doesn't like anyone bigger than Ryan on the trampoline because they jump too high! At least that is what he said...

There she goes again. Spitting that tongue at everyone. Trent doesn't know quite what to think of this at the moment. These two are always making me laugh. So silly!

Ryan loves getting tossed about on the trampoline. He likes the thrilling feeling of being launched...and bounced....and tossed around. Crazy kid!

Whenever I think that maybe he is getting knocked over too much...his face tells me that he is just fine. He is so cute! Yes he is in a diaper in every picture...I just can't seem to keep him clean...he is always getting his clothes wet or really dirty! Who cares? He had fun : )
